All content provided through this website and through our programs — including course materials, worksheets, discussions, and mentor conversations — is intended for educational purposes only. 3. Program Enrolment

Enrolment in a Nakhon Capital program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from us. Places are limited, and enrolment is not confirmed until payment has cleared.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• The information you have provided during enrolment is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program access, including login credentials or physical materials where applicable, will be provided within seven business days of enrolment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.

4. Payment and Fees

All program fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current program fees are:

• Foundations of Retirement Planning — 3,490 THB
• Thoughtful Investing After Forty — 7,290 THB
• Legacy and Estate Planning Companion Program — 10,890 THB

We reserve the right to adjust program pricing at any time. The price applicable to your enrolment is the price in effect at the time your payment is received and confirmed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Nakhon Capital does not store your payment card details on our systems.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change, and we approach cancellation requests with consideration.

• Cancellation within 7 days of enrolment — where a program has not yet commenced and you have not accessed any course materials, a full refund will be offered upon request.
• Cancellation after 7 days or after accessing materials — a partial refund may be available at our discretion, taking into account the proportion of the program accessed and the circumstances of the request.
• Program cancellation by Nakhon Capital — in the unlikely event that we cancel a program, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.

To request a cancellation or discuss your situation, please contact us directly. We will do our best to find a resolution that feels fair.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including text, worksheets, templates, video recordings, course structures, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Nakhon Capital Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

Program materials are provided to you for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any program content without our prior written permission. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others who are not enrolled is not permitted.

7. Participant Conduct

We ask that all participants engage in our programs with the same respect and consideration they would wish to receive.

In any group discussions, forums, or optional live sessions, participants agree not to share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive to others' learning experience. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a group element of a program, or in serious cases from the program itself, where conduct standards are not maintained. Refunds in such circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Nakhon Capital, its directors, staff, and associated mentors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your participation in a program, including but not limited to financial decisions made in connection with content you have encountered through us.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website or program materials may occasionally reference external websites or resources for your general information. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Nakhon Capital.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, applicable law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For enrolled participants, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

Your continued use of this website or participation in a program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
